Safe and Here
The girl's mother has turned up from Africa alive. We are all relieved, especially the kids. They had a brief chat with her this evening, but she was tired; I guess the jet lag was catching up with her.
She said nothing about what had happened, other than to tell the SO that she was away from all forms of communication for the entire time she was there, and didn't see a problem with it. I leave it to you to form your own opinion of that.

You know Dixie, we have had the same thoughts in regard to that church.....
You're right, the whole situation is just weird, but we really hope everything will turn out okay in the end. Fingers crossed!
